Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs Accused of Raping Woman in New Lawsuit: Report

Sean “Diddy” Combs is facing new allegations in a lawsuit accusing him of raping a woman during a violent incident in his Manhattan apartment over two decades ago, according to a report.

The woman, identified as Jane Doe, claims the Bad Boy Records founder took her to his bedroom, locked the door, and forcibly pinned her down by her neck, telling her, “I’m going to suck the life out of you,” after a night of partying in July 2001, according to court documents obtained by TMZ.

Combs, who is currently on trial in Manhattan federal court for sex trafficking and racketeering, allegedly held the woman down by her arm as he exposed himself, with the woman describing his anatomy as resembling a “large Tootsie Roll” in the filing.

Alleged Assault Details

The accuser claims she screamed for Combs to stop, but he continued the assault, eventually ejaculating on her body, the documents state. She says the ordeal left her feeling traumatized and forced her to seek psychotherapy in the aftermath.

The woman, who claims she met Combs in May 2001 and spent time with him at his New York City recording studio, nightclubs, and a restaurant, says that after the alleged assault, his staff drove her and a friend home.

Pattern of Alleged Abuse

The lawsuit comes amid Combs’ explosive federal sex-trafficking trial, which kicked off Tuesday. His ex-girlfriend, Cassie Ventura, has also testified, recounting years of alleged rape, coerced sex, beatings, and other abuses during their relationship from 2007 to 2018.

Ventura, who is currently eight months pregnant, is expected to be cross-examined by Combs’ defense team on Thursday.

If convicted, Combs, who has pleaded not guilty, could face life in prison.
