• Wasn’t Biden deemed to be too mentally unfit to face charges by that DOJ special prosecutor on the classified documents issue? If so, would this not be supporting evidence to his incompetence? Also, how was he allowed to finish out his term after that?

• Joe Biden’s pardon and executive orders signed by autopen are likely to be voided. A spectacle was made out of the fact that Biden was unfit to stand trial. Furthermore, Biden displayed absolutely no authority by using an autopen which is a subversion of Article II, section 2 clause1. Federalist No. 51/70/74 state that the President must display absolute authority and intent along with their signature. There are numerous cases that express a President must reflect direct intent. Youngstown sheet&tube v. Sawyer / Biddle v. Perovich / Myers v. US / US v. Nixon / ex parte Garland. An autopen with lack of authority or explicit intent from the @POTUS is grounds to void those orders in question. – Joseph Logan
